  A1:   No, Bay Town Networks will come to your home to pickup your PC or fix it on-site depending on the situation.

I am not able to be home during regular business hours to meet a computer technician to fix my

    computer.

No problem, Bay Town Networks operates between the hours of 5pm – 10pm Monday – Friday and 10am – 5pm

    Saturday and Sunday to accommodate your schedule.
     
Q3: Do you guarantee your service?

Yes! If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us.  We guarantee our on-site service for 30-days.  If

   

there is a problem with the service we provided and you notify us within the stated time period, we will work to

Q4: What forms of payment does Bay Town Networks accept?

We are currently only accepting cash or personal check.

     
Q5: What do I need to know before I have a Computer Specialist visit my home?
  A5:

A person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period that services are provided.  Bay

   

Town Networks Computer Specialists must receive: full access to the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be

   

serviced, access to your residence, your consent and cooperation to enter your residence, a safe working

   

environment, working space and electrical power.

     
Q6: What can I expect when a Computer Specialist visits my home?

Upon arrival, Bay Town Networks Computer Specialists are required to provide proper identification verifying

   

himself or herself as a Bay Town Networks Computer Specialist (verbally as well as business card presentation). All

   

Computer Specialist are highly trained customer focused field service professionals.  All though our Computer

   

Specialists will receive full detailed information regarding your problem or situation before arriving at your home it

   

will be helpful if the client debrief them on the problem or situation.  Upon completion of every job, the Computer 

   

Specialist will provide an understandable and concise verbal and written statement presenting the particular facts

   

of the client's case and the conclusive methods or procedures used to rectify the situation or problem.

     
Q7: I am a small business owner can Bay Town Networks service our corporate network?
