PC Hardware/Software Troubleshooting     $85
If you are experiencing PC hardware or software issues our Certified Computer Specialists will come to your home to diagnose the problem and make recommendations to resolve the issue(s).  In some case's we will take the PC back to our repair shop for further analysis.  If final analysis determines that your PC has been infected with a viruses or spyware, additional charges apply for removal of viruses or spyware.

Service Includes:

  • Up to 2 hours of PC hardware/software diagnostics and analysis
  • Documentation of problem found and recommendation of resolution

Note:  Additional fees will apply for troubleshooting after the first two hours and actual repair.  Replacement parts and software service not included.

 

   
Virus/Spyware Removal     $125
Is your PC reacting sluggishly and not performing the way it should?  Getting pop-ups, unexplained web sites or other strange computer behavior?  Your PC may have been infected with a virus or spyware. 

Service Includes:

  • We will run an Antivirus scan of your entire hard drive in DOS mode so viruses can not hide in your systems memory.
  • Remove or repair the virus/spyware infection
  • Recommend way to help prevent future infections

Note: Software not included.  If it is determined that the virus or spyware has severally impacted your system to the extent that it can not be removed our Computer Specialists will recommend a full system reinstall.  Additional fee will apply see Microsoft Windows Installation + under software services.  However, you will receive a $125 credit towards our Microsoft Windows Installation + software service if you decide to move forward.  Also, see our support page for information on how to help prevent virus and spyware infections.

 

   
Wireless Network Equipment Troubleshooting     $85
Is your wireless DSL/Cable high-speed  Internet connection secure?  Does your wireless DSL/Cable router drop your signal? 

Service Includes:

  • Analyze your wireless security and DSL/Cable router settings
  • Configuration of DSL/Cable router settings - Username/Password, SSID and Encryption type - to encrypt your network.  This will secure your wireless signal protecting your data from rogue intruders that lurk around your neighborhood and on the Internet.

 

Caution!  All DSL/Cable subscribers are responsible for the activity that is conducted using their DSL/Cable service that is provided by their ISP.  In other words,  if your wireless DSL/Cable signal is not secure rogue intruders that lurk around your neighborhood may be using your wireless DSL/Cable Internet connection of conduct illegal activity such as;

  • Hacking into your PC to gain access to your personal and financial data for identity theft

  • Run Internet scams

  • Kiddy Porn downloading/uploading

  • Illegal music downloading/uploading

  • Illegal movie downloading/uploading
