If you are experiencing PC hardware or
software issues our Certified Computer
Specialists will come to your home to
diagnose the problem and make
recommendations to resolve the issue(s).
In some case's we will take the PC back to our
repair shop for further analysis. If
final analysis determines that your PC has
been infected with a viruses or spyware,
additional charges apply for removal of
viruses or spyware.
Service Includes:
- Up to 2 hours of PC
hardware/software diagnostics and
analysis
- Documentation of problem found
and recommendation of resolution
Note: Additional
fees will apply for troubleshooting
after the first two hours and actual
repair. Replacement parts and

spyware has severally impacted your
system to the extent that it can not be
removed our Computer Specialists will
recommend a full system reinstall.
